An tseachtain seo caite bhíomar ag caint faoi ghluaisteáin nó carr.
Ba bhreá leis na páistí imirt leis na carranna éagsúla sa seomra ach is cosúil gurb iad na gluaisteáin bheaga agus mhóra is fearr leo.
D’fhéachamar ar na píosanna éagsúla den ghluaisteán mar shampla na rothaí, an roth stiúrtha agus na doirse.
Tugadh deis do na páistí ligeant orthu gurbh meicnicithe iad ag deisiú na ngluaisteán.
Phéinteáil muid le carr agus rinneamar bóthar agus chruthaíomar ár carr féin ag fáil inspioráide don scannán “Cars”.
Dhathaigh na páistí gluaisteáin freisin agus chuireamar iad ar an mbóthar atá ar taispeáint inár seomra.
Thaitin sé go mór leis na páistí leabhair a léamh faoi ghluaisteáin agus thaitin sé linn imirt leis na gluaisteáin ar an mbóthar ar an talamh.

Cars
Last week we were talking about cars. The children love to play with the different vehicles in the room however the small and big cars seem to be their favourite.
We looked at the different parts of a car for example the wheels, the steering wheel and the doors.
The children were given the opportunity to pretend there were mechanics fixing the cars.
We painted with cars and made a road and we created our own car design taking inspiration for the film “Cars”.
The children also coloured cars and we put them on the road which is displayed in our room.
The children loved reading books about cars and we loved playing with the cars on the foam road on the ground.
